Here are a couple of emails I just received- this looks better. You must be praying like crazy!! Please keep praying.

"Things were not looking good but we just received notice that the case had been downloaded to our systems. We just printed it out. If all looks good, we can have the Article 5 and signed LSC ready in a few hours. Is there any chance you could have a facilitator pick it up before close of business?"

"More good news: the paperwork is in order and the documents are signed and ready to be picked up. We contacted your facilitator and she says she will be here before 4pm to pick the LSC and Article 5 up.

The next step is to work with your facilitator/agency to get the LSC and Article 5 to the CCAA as soon as possible."

Here is what you can pray for with all this. We need God to get the paperwork into the right hands and finished so that we can get our travel approval sooner rather than later. If it comes even a day too late that will mean we have to stay in China for more than 3 weeks and that's a lot of hotel dollars.

What happens is that we are not able to leave Tianjin until 5 working days after the TA is completed. That means we are not able to get to Guangzhou- to get his visa- until we have that time under our belts. They only do passports on Tues and Wed. in Guangzhou so if we miss it by a day that easily adds another week. Then if the TA is not there in time we may not be able to get an appointment in GZ until the following week. We have to stay in GZ 48 hours after the visa is cleared. You can see how the time can really snowball. God can work and He must to get this done- so please pray to those ends.
